Mr. Billy Cline, Sr., 77, of Cartersville, died Thursday, October 19, 2017 at his residence. Born September 26, 1940 in Trion, Georgia, he was the son of the late William H. Cline Sr. and Geneva Griffith Cline.

Mr. Cline was a member of the Cartersville Shrine Club, the Stilesboro Masonic Lodge and Grace Baptist Church. He loved his family and made countless trips to Greenville, South Carolina and Cincinnati, Ohio to carry children to the Shriner’s Hospital. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters, Lawanda Cline and Sandra Collum; his brothers, Charles Cline, Eddie Cline and Rickey Cline.

Survivors include his wife, Dona Cline; his sons, Bill Cline (April), Don Cline (Glenda); his daughter, Kim Lee (Chris); his grandchildren, Josh, Jack and Jonah Cline, Brianna and Brent Lee; his brothers, William Cline, Larry Cline; and his sisters, Linda Pickett, Diane Jordan, and Gayle Cline.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, October 21, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home with Dr. Ralph Jenkins and Reverend Bill Cline officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Pisgah Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 21, 2017 from 12:00- 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shriner’s Children’s Hospital c/o Cartersville Shrine Club at PO Box 103 Cartersville Ga, 30120.

Serving as pallbearers will be Josh Cline, Jack Cline, Jonah Cline, Randall Cline, Billy Pickett, and Chris Lee.
