Mrs. Mary Cole, 78, of Cartersville, died on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at Tranquility at Kennesaw Mountain. Born on May 15, 1939, in Hazard, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Calvin Miller and Hermie Marie Duff Miller.

Mrs. Cole was a member of the Morning View Baptist Church. She loved her family deeply and loved taking care of their needs. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sisters, Lorretta Fletcher and Midge Combs.

Survivors include her husband, Hubert Cole; her children, Mark Stephens, David Stephens, Kathy Henrikson Stephens, Judy Menendez Stephens, Frank Stephens, Larry Ison, and Cliff Cole; her siblings, Calvin Miller Jr., Jean Feltner, Ray Miller, Beatrice Burns, Larry Miller, Jerry Miller, Tony Miller, Lewis Miller, and Tommy Miller; 17 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 9, 2018 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home with Pastor Sammy Burgess officiating. Interment will follow in White Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:30 p.m. prior to the service time.
