Condolence From: Tracy Rutland
Condolence: Mari Lou and I were two of the first TeamSTEPPS Master Trainers in Georgia and got a chance to share sometime on a national stage talking about how we applied the tools to the nursing home environment. Se brought out the best in me and encouraged me to share my personal story to make it all more real to our trainees. I remember how proud she was to pass the license test for motorcycle and how proud of that first bike. She said her view would not be the back of Terry's helmet anymore and how much she was looking forward to her rides with Terry and friends. We had grown apart over the last 5 years but thought of here every class I teach and hoped maybe that we might have an opportunity to do it again someday. She was a great encouragement to all of us.

Condolence: It was such a pleasure to work with Mari Lou...not nearly long enough. She touched the lives of all that she met along life's journey in both large and small ways. I'll miss the humor and vigor with which she approached life...she seemed to enjoy each moment. So honored to have met her in person and had a great weekend with her and the team this past spring...wonderful memories now cherished! Terry, thank you for sharing Mari Lou with us!

Condolence: It was an honor and a pleasure to work with Mari Lou, who was always ready to volunteer her knowledge and expertise to help a colleague, or time when the team was in need. A lady of many talents who will very much be missed!
